1. What products do you provide ?
We provide Electrical, Electromechanical, Hardware, Tools, Machinery, Safety products, LED Lighting Products, Plumbing & many more.
2. Which industries do you serve?
We serve Contracting companies, Real Estate companies, Facility management companies, Govt. Infrastructure Projects, Retails Hardware Wholesaler, Oil & Gas Industry, Manufacturing & Industrial plants.
3. Where is your manufacturing facility located?
Our GI PVC Flexible conduit factory is located in Umm Al Quwain while Factory of Electrial products located in Guangdong, China.
4. Do you offer customization of the products solutions?
Yes, we can customize our any products with packing, specification, logo, packing quantity etc.
5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) & delivery time?
MOQ & Delivery time varies product to product. It depends upon the nature, size of the products, value of the product. If product is getting manufactured in UAE, Delivery gets done very fast. It takes around 70-90 days, in case we produce it in our China factory.
6.How can I request a quotation?
You will receive the quotation through our official email ID to your official email ID for official communication. You have to provide your Trade License, TRN, Concerned Person Name etc.
7. What quality standards do you follow?
Products sourced from ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing partners. Compliance with BS (British Standards), IEC, ASTM, and local UAE regulations (DEWA, RTA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA, ADCP).
Third‑party testing available for safety and electromechanical products.
8.Do you test your products before delivery?
Our all products are tested by Govt authorized labs. We can provide “Test Report” as well upon request.
